Hardware torque, stamp depth, stitch count, leather grain, date code, microsculpting on zips. Verified or refunded — written into the receipt.
Where it came from, who owned it, and what we know about its life. Single-owner pieces are noted and carry a small premium.
Every piece passes through our atelier before it reaches the floor — light steam, leather feeding, hardware revival, full restoration when it earns it. We absorb the cost. Hieda doesn't sell tired old things.
Hand-couriered within the Klang Valley, fully insured by registered post elsewhere. Tracking and signature on every lot.
Bring your bag to the warehouse any day from eleven to eight. We'll inspect it on the floor, write you an offer in plain language, and you decide which way it goes — leave it on consignment and earn at sale, or take the cheque tonight.
